Tristan Thompson has signed a one-year deal to return to the Cleveland Cavaliers, marking his second stint with the team. The veteran center, now 33, is known for his leadership despite reduced on-court production.

Last season, he played in 49 games, averaging 3.3 points and 3.6 rebounds. Thompson's experience will be valuable for the young Cavaliers, who reached the playoffs last season.

Drafted by Cleveland in 2011, Thompson was pivotal in their 2016 championship win.
